They include an easy to use desktop phone manager which allows you to see who's calling you on your PC screen. It also provides a wide range of features such as park, forward, transfer, divert, and conference calling.

Many of these features are available from other corporate telephone systems, however we have found Avaya to be highly cost effective, reliable and easy to install and upgrade.
